One spray of Lumos landed on my collar and stayed there well into the next morning. The trace was softer, with more jasmine and vanilla and less of the opening. I liked that version even more.

Projection calms down sooner than I expected, but that actually suits how I wear perfume. Lumos creates a neat personal bubble, and the jasmine and vanilla is clearer when someone comes close.

The composition of Lumos is excellent, particularly the transition from blackcurrant to jasmine and vanilla. On my skin, though, I wanted another hour of strength. A strong four stars rather than five.

I was undecided during the first five minutes. Once Lumos settled, the blackcurrant stopped feeling separate and the base became much more coherent. It rewards a little patience.

Lumos was the only bottle I packed for a two-day trip. It handled daytime plans and a weekend brunch without feeling out of place. I came home liking its bright with a soft finish style more than before.
