Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Gift Card

Step 2 – Evaluation:
Our quality team will carefully review your submission. To ensure a fair process and protect against any inadvertent or false claims, we reserve the right to request additional information if necessary.

Step 3 – Resolution:
Upon confirmation of the issue, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a gift card for the same amount within 72 hours of approval. If you have not received a response within 15 business days after your claim has been approved, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for an update.
